That data gets pushed to Garmin Connect during your next sync so you can review your workout in even greater detail.

To help keep up with your busy lifestyle, you can view emails, text messages and social network notifications right on your wrist. Other features that help you stay linked with life include automatic uploads to Garmin Connect and compatibility with TrueUp, which lets you synchronize multiple activity trackers.
