The card can be used for transactions in all branches of LuLu Hypermarket Malaysia.

This card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

This card can only be used if its is in good condition; when the barcode can be verified.

Cards that have been purchased cannot be returned/cancelled and all forms of transfer be the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.

Shopping cards can be used in full or partial payments as long as there is sufficient balance and it can't be refilled

The card or balance in the card cannot be exchanged for cash. The balance cannot be used after the expiration of the card's validity.

In the event of loss, theft, forgery or damage, this card cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded (total / partial).

All forms of fraud/forgery will be dealt in accordance with the rules applicable under the Law.
